Studio Juan is a unique, craftsman, 160 ft2 tiny house in Seagrove Beach. This is one of three unique stays part of the Casa de Juan property (others include our beach cottage "The Juander Inn” and our RV campsite, "Juanderland RV"). All are located two blocks north of the emerald waters of prestigious 30A.
The space boasts a plush full-size bed, sitting loft, open front porch, a full, yet compact kitchen (stove/oven, toaster, mini fridge/freezer, kettle --NO microwave) and comes with the two beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs + umbrella and soft cooler, and the use of the shared saltwater pool!
