As a small business owner with a passion for entertaining and design, creating boutique-style rentals was a natural fit. Hosted by local mom & wife, Allison, built by husband Noah, we have successfully welcomed nearly 1000 guests in our last 8+ years of hosting a managing rentals in our Seagrove Beach neighborhood. From RV campsites to large, luxurious homes that can accommodate multiple families, the goal for every guests' experience is the same: welcoming, pristinely clean and comfortable. Following this mantra leads us to repeat guests, year after year.

*Studio Juan will be relocated to its own lot in Laguna Beach at the end of 2025. Planned additions include large screen in porch, private saltwater pool and outdoor kitchen. 500 ft from the emerald waters of Laguna Beach, walk to the renowned Carrousel Grocery and Thomas Donuts. 10 min drive east the Pier Park and 10 drive west to Rosemary Beach/30A.
The Juander Inn, beach cottage for two.
